i've been wanting to come to this establishment so i made the choice to when i was in the area. well, there's a small parking lot for their business but that's alright because it wasn't packed when i went. one of the employee was attentive and came to help me pick my order so i appreciated that. i ordered their small cannoli's along with their swiss roll cake and eclairs. all of those were so good! i just wish it wasn't THAT sweet for the swiss cake but the raspberry icing in it helped balanced that out a little bit. however, their strawberry butter cookie was too dry for me, i didn't enjoy it. maybe it would've tasted better if i had it fresh? i'll be back for sure, the cannoli's was the best. i will also try their tiramisu & subs next time. it was hard to pick between all of these goodies... one thing i will suggest... is to have their bakery items priced as we don't know how much they're charging us for. i was certain it couldn't be that much but my total came out more than i'd thought, so perhaps each item is probably around $2 or more. so that's why i gave it 4 stars.
Been going here for years for cannoli and other Italian favorites. This time i tried their long john cream filled donuts. (Shutup) Best i can remember at least since childhood. Been craving them over cannoli even which is no easy feat. I can honestly say i will never be able to drive past them now without stopping. Do they make Italian subs too? If so i may have to move back to Warren.
Buttercream packzi and buttercream donuts are probably the best thing I have ever tasted. The frosting is absolutely epic. Apple fritter was awesome too. This place is excellent at what they do
This place is the best bakery in Michigan. Their apple fritter has chunks of apple in it. I've never had that before. So good. Also the buttercream donut might be the best thing I've had in my life. I'm addicted. Soooo good.
Amazing donut! Had the cappuccino filled, and it was heaven. Great flavor, wonderful texture! It's what a donut should be! Very happy to have stumbled upon this place! I'll probably gain 20 lbs!
Amazing location, and amazing delicious cannolis. We also tried a few varieties of cookies they were yummy. The workers are very sweet and friendly.
Such an iconic old school Italian bakery. Got a variety of different goodies and it was well worth the calories! So good and it's a good think I don't live close to this amazing little gem.
I've been wanting to try this highly recommended bakery for months! I stopped in on a Sunday to try their Pączki. They were fully stocked with many customers in heavy rotation! I tried the chocolate custard and will sample the others tomorrow! Friendly efficient service! They have their own parking lot! I'll return soon!
Fantastic bakery with delicious muffuletta, mini chocolate cream cakes covered with ganache, and the apple fritters are one of my favorites! I also look forward to their Paczki every year! Their service is always quick, even around the holidays and the bakery is loaded with your Italian fixes like pasta, bread, and sauce for Sunday dinners!
Hands down the best cannolis! First bite took me back to my childhood. Great customer service as well. I was not a fan of the cookies we got though, which is the reason for the 4 instead of 5 star rating. I'll definitely be back for the cannolis though. So worth the 45 min drive IMO. **cannoli's didn't make it to picture day...they disappeared into my belly too fast LOL!
